SUMMARY:London Bioenergetics Day (Sept)
DESCRIPTION:Sunday 28th September 2025; with Devaraj \n10.30 – 17.30 \n£60 (advance bookings only); 20 places \nLondon Bioenergetics Day returns with another full day of excellent body-based therapy! \nCome and meet me and take part in two great Bioenergetics sessions\, one in the morning and one in the afternoon\, with a 2 hours lunch and processing break in between. There will also be time to ask any questions you might have about Bioenergetics\, Reichian Therapy or your own process. \nThe morning session will be “stand up” Bioenergetics – using posture\, breath and sensation to clear out energetic blocks and leaving you feeling relaxed\, internally clear\, open and grounded. \nThe afternoon session we will work lying down\, using some Reichian and Bioenergetic techniques to break up muscular armouring and increase our natural energy flow. \nThis day is for you if you’re interested in body-based therapy\, if you want to understand how to de-stress on demand or if you want to learn techniques to progressively release trauma. No prior experience required. \nIf you have a history of mental health issues\, it’s possible that this workshop might not be suitable for you.
