DESCRIPTION:March 21-22 2026; 10.00 – 18.00 daily \nLondon School of Capoeira\, Finsbury Park\, London \n£140 (non residential; food not included) \nwith Devaraj & Abhi \nYou have heaps of energy\, but it’s locked down inside of you. We have all been through a process of high childhood conditioning; we may also have experienced trauma; the result of this is that the majority of our energy is bound up inside of us – inaccessible. This non-residential weekend workshop will utilise the techniques of body-based therapy and group therapy to unbind your energy and give you higher drive in life. The more desire you have inside of you\, the more it will compel you to move forwards; the less you will experience low energy and low motivation. \nThis will be an intense weekend of Bioenergetics\, Breathwork and Group Therapy techniques that will leave you ready for more in life. Come expecting an intense experience.
