DESCRIPTION:Nov 13-15 2026\nwith Devaraj; at Lumos Centre; 560 GEL\nFriday 19.00 – 21.30\nSaturday & Sunday 11.00 – 18.00 \nThat which makes life meaningful and exciting does not come from the world of possessions and material values. It comes from having access to our inner world. When we can’t access the emotions and energy of our inner world\, the chimpanzee part of our brain takes over and we start to fixate on acquiring status and possessions. And no matter how much we get\, we always want more\, for the simple reason that we are looking in the wrong place for the wrong stuff! The feeling of being stuck in life comes to try to get us to dig deeper into ourselves and access our inner world. \nThis workshop will show you how to create lasting change inside of you with the techniques of body-based therapy and group therapy. You do not need to be stuck in life; you need to know how to get deeper inside yourself; and then you need to do it. We work with the body because that is where all the blocked emotions and repressed energy are. \nIn each session of the workshop\, I will give a theory presentation about an aspect of creating change; then you will share (in Georgian) with a partner about how this relates in your life. After this\, there will be a bodywork or group therapy structure to create change in this area of your life. \nIf you want to create change in your own life\, or if you work with clients and want to integrate body-based techniques into how you work with them\, then this workshop will be ideal for you.  \nPlease be aware that this weekend will be at times emotionally intense and confrontational. Please check in with yourself that you feel ready for this. Devaraj teaches in simple English\, speaking slowly and not using technical language. You will need to be comfortable with simple English to take part.
