Each day\, we will be working with one of the four original Reichian character types – Rigid\, Enduring\, Oral and Leaving – learning all about it and how to clear it from our system.  \nIf you always feel needy; if you are always spacing out; if you know that you are filled with rage beneath a compliant exterior; or if you always have to have everything under control – then Character Structure is the reason why. Early life conditioning and trauma sets our nervous system a certain way and we move through life like that\, learning coping strategies to try to get our needs met. In this workshop\, you will learn how to resolve the inner conflicts\, let go of the past and move forwards\, filled with energy.  \nIn the morning each day\, Dev will give a presentation about the day’s Character Type and answer your questions. This will be followed by interactive exercises where you can act this type out with the other participants\, to give you a kinesthetic feel for it. After lunch\, there will be a long body-based release session\, based around that day’s character type\, using Reichian\, Bioenergetics and Breathwork techniques.  \nThere will also be early morning sessions to get your energy moving and late evening meditations to relax with. Plus regular chances to share about your experience. \nThis will be an intense\, life-changing workshop and a rare event.
