DESCRIPTION:June 5-7 2026\nNon-residential\nFriday 19.00 – 22.00\nSaturday & Sunday 11.00 – 19.00\n450 GEL\nwith Devaraj \nThe deepest question that we can ever ask ourselves is who? Who am I? On the surface\, it seems like a small thing. But actually this question points us all the way back to the heart of being\, deep within us – God. The question “who” is the deepest word in any language. \nWe will never be able to answer this question with our mind. But sincerely trying to do so is immensely valuable. When we take this question – who am I – deep inside and do our best to answer\, slowly we dig a passage through our unconscious mind back towards the heart of creation. Each time that we look inside and try to answer the question\, we dig a little deeper. It is often not an easy journey. There are no shortcuts. It is no use trying to make yourself look spiritual with this. You have to allow your full humanity.  \nThis weekend meditation intensive will be based around the “dyad structure.” You sit facing a partner and one of you asks the question “Who is in?” The other receives the question inside of them and has five minutes to do their best to answer it whilst their partner simply listens\, reflecting nothing back\, just being present for them. After 5 minutes\, you change over. You continue like this for 40 minutes\, until you have each both asked and answered the question four times. Then there is a 5-minute break and you start again\, this time with a different partner. Like this you continue through the day\, from 11am to 7pm\, with a break for lunch and occasional Osho meditations.  \nThe entire process is done in strict silence. You are only permitted to speak when you are either answering or asking the question. Food and rest breaks are in silence.  \nThis deep\, meditative process was developed in America by Charles Berners back in the 1960s\, from the work of Indian mystic Ramana Maharshi. He named it Enlightenment Intensive. Later on another Indian mystic\, Osho\, renamed it Awareness Intensive and recommended using the question “Who is in?” \nDevaraj teaches in English\, so you need a very basic grasp of this language. But for the exercises themselves\, you work in the Georgian language. \nYou need to bring lunch with you each day and it is best to remain in silence from the start of the workshop on Friday evening until it ends on Sunday evening. Please wear loose clothing and come prepared for a deep\, intense experience.  \n

SUMMARY:London Bioenergetics & Rebirthing Day (June)
DESCRIPTION:Sunday 22nd June 2025; with Devaraj \n10.30 – 17.30 \n£60 (advance bookings only); 20 places \nIn the morning we will do Bioenergetics and in the afternoon there will be a session of Rebirthing. \nCome and meet me and take part in two great sessions\, one in the morning and one in the afternoon\, with a 2 hours lunch and processing break in between. There will also be time for me to answer any questions you might have about Bioenergetics\, Rebirthing\, Reichian Therapy or your own process. \nThe morning session will be “stand up” Bioenergetics – using posture\, breath and sensation to clear out energetic blocks and leaving you feeling relaxed\, internally clear\, open and grounded. \nThe afternoon session we will work lying down\, doing a long Rebirthing session. Rebirthing is a popular breathwork technique that increases the level of free energy in your body and facilitates a release of tension of past trauma. \nThis day is for you if you’re interested in body-based therapy\, if you want to understand how to de-stress on demand or if you want to learn techniques to progressively release trauma. No prior experience required. \nIf you have a history of mental health issues\, it’s possible that this workshop might not be suitable for you. Please drop me a line and we can check in. \nPlease wear loose clothing and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat\, if you have one.
