Logging in to the Course Website
Log in to your account on the website at https://bioenergetics.org.uk.
Click on the link in the upper left corner and add your username (or email) and your password.
If you can’t get in then please try the following in this order…
- Change your password using the Lost Password link. (Remember to check your spam folder for the email)
- Clear your browser cache. You can find info on how to do this via Google here
- Try to get access with a different browser – Mozilla Firefox, Brave, etc

Accessing Your Course
Note that from your personal dashboard there are no links to your courses. This is just how the site works unfortunately. To find them you need to go to the url for that course. If you’re not sure you can find it via the Course Page. Simply click on the course you are on, making sure that you select “Lifetime” or “Monthly Subs” if you’re on a course with both options.
If you still can’t get access, please try the following in this order…
- Log out and log in again
- Clear your browser cache. You can find info on how to do this via Google here
- Try to get access with a different browser – Mozilla Firefox, Brave, etc

Course Videos Not Loading
You can log in okay, and can see your course, but the embedded videos are not loading.
This can usually be corrected by clearing your browser cache. You can find info on how to do this via Google here. After clearing the cache, please close and reopen your browser and try again.
Updating or Querying Your Subs Payments
This can be done at the following link for debit card payments made via Stripe. If you’re paying subs with PayPal simply go to your PayPal account.
