In the morning we will do Bioenergetics and in the afternoon there will be a session of Rebirthing.

Come and meet me and take part in two great sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, with a 2 hours lunch and processing break in between. There will also be time for me to answer any questions you might have about Bioenergetics, Rebirthing, Reichian Therapy or your own process.

The morning session will be “stand up” Bioenergetics – using posture, breath and sensation to clear out energetic blocks and leaving you feeling relaxed, internally clear, open and grounded.

The afternoon session we will work lying down, doing a long Rebirthing session. Rebirthing is a popular breathwork technique that increases the level of free energy in your body and facilitates a release of tension of past trauma.

This day is for you if you’re interested in body-based therapy, if you want to understand how to de-stress on demand or if you want to learn techniques to progressively release trauma. No prior experience required.

If you have a history of mental health issues, it’s possible that this workshop might not be suitable for you. Please drop me a line and we can check in.

Please wear loose clothing and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat, if you have one. Please also bring a blanket for the afternoon’s Rebirthing session as sometimes your body feels cold even when the room is warm.
