
Reichian Segmental Armouring Workouts (2024)
This powerful way to unlock upper body armouring was developed by myself from the work of Wilhelm Reich. For maximum release, I recommend doing the 3-rep version of this workout once or twice a week. If you don’t have time for that, feel free to use the 1-rep or 2-rep version.

- a video explaining thoroughly each movement
- a 3-rep version of the workout, lasting 45 minutes
- a 2-rep version, lasting 34 mins
- a 1-rep version, lasting 19 mins
