This one-day workshop will be a chance to both learn about and experience how to work with the body in therapy. Because all of our trauma and conditioning is mapped into the body – into our muscles and fascia – we can work with it directly there. By putting our body into specific positions and then breathing and feeling, we can release ourselves from the grip of the past.

Devaraj will give some theory talks as well as leading you into Bioenergetics postures. There will also be time to ask questions. The workshop is for you if you are interested in working with the body in therapy and psychology. 

Please wear loose clothing and come prepared for a deep experience.
