In this 2-hour Live Online Session we will be using the breathwork technique of Seated Rebirthing to support us to come out of any state of Fear or Contraction that we are experiencing in our lives. Seated Rebirthing is particularly suitable for pulling us into the physical correlates of the contracted state of living and allowing it to be released.

If you purchase a ticket, you get access to the recording as well. Meaning you don’t have actually attend. You can follow along later as many times as you wish.

The schedule for the session will be as follows:

* Welcome
* 1 hour 10 minutes Seated Rebirthing Session
* 10 minute break
* Questions or sharing
* 15 minute closing meditation

This will be a great session for you whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced with body-based therapy. I will set it up and guide it in such a way that you can go as deep as works for you personally. Note that you do not need to be on camera when taking part.
