Have you ever wanted to know all about self-esteem, why some people seem to value themselves higher than others? What are the internal forces that can cause us to adopt a posture of low self-esteem? And how do we come out of that and start to value ourselves properly?

In this 2-hour online session, I will give a presentation on self-esteem, looking at specific areas of childhood and character structure that can be highly influential. You can ask any questions you want. Then I will lead a physical workout session that will help to let go of past restrictions and move towards truly valuing ourselves.

This session is for you if you’re interested in self-esteem as a psychological force.

Note that you will also be emailed access to the session recording after it is complete, so do not worry if you can’t attend at the time.
